"Every soul has a story. You choose where it starts, where it ends, and what parts matter most. The role of the soul is to simply go through life, experience all it's wonders and translate those experiences into a form of creative expression open for interpretation. Originally, I was born in Israel, grew up in South Africa, lived in Dubai and now based in Amsterdam, my world view has been shaped by the idea of not belonging anywhere. Instead, I was drawn to the notion of discovering my own sub-culture of where I felt I could co-exist. My curiosity for spirituality and emotional awareness, led me towards discovering my passion, because I believe that no matter how different we all are from one another, there is always a common thread that connects us all energetically. In my case, that commonality had always been art and creative expression. Which is the foundation for this project I created titled 'Artsoul'. I envision Artsoul to be a storytelling platform that connects likeminded aspiring creatives by sharing short stories of who they are and what changes they desire to bring into this world. I believe that by sharing short stories about ourselves, we open a dialogue for connecting with one another, which can spark an even greater narrative."
